The above name Applicant hereby applies for an account with TBT Barter (hereinafter referred to as "TBT") for the privilege of trading goods and services using TBT Trade Dollars with other TBT Members. 

The Exchange will maintain accurate account balances for all transactions. Member will review monthly statements within thirty (30) days of receipt and notify the Exchange of any discrepancies, otherwise, all transactions on the statement are deemed valid and properly payable. 

Upon Acceptance as a Member of TBT:

1. The Applicant will pay a 15% Cash transaction fee on each purchase made through TBT Barter and a monthly fee of $20 cash and $20 barter 

3. The applicant agrees to abide by the "Membership Agreement" , as may be amended from time to time at TBT's discretion.

4. The Applicant agrees that usage of a line of credit will be charged 1% in TBT Trade Dollars monthly, and constitutes a debt to TBT and may be payable in cash if acceptable trade options no longer exist.

5. Any cash fees due and payable more than 30 days after the date due will be charged a monthly $25 Cash late fee, until the past due balance is paid in full. After 60 days, any cash or trade fees due and payable maybe turned over for collections. In that event, the Applicant agrees to pay any cost of collections and reasonable attorney fees. 

By checking this box Applicant acknowledges that he/she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of the company and that this agreement is binding upon the company in accordance with all its terms and conditions. It is understood that this Membership Application, together with the Membership Agreement, constitute the entire agreement as between the parties and shall be binding upon their heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns. The agreement between the parties becomes effective upon the Applicant's acceptance below and the subsequent approval of the Membership Application by an officer of TBT.
